In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, if the item(s) we delivery is not what you ordered or if it is damaged, defective or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we will refund you the full value of the item(s). To exchange a product you will have to return the item to get a refund and then purchase your new desired item on the website.
You will need to fill out the Returns Form (download here) and email it to our Customer Care Team at customercare@annabellamoore.com within 7 working days of the delivery of the item(s). The item(s) must be sent together with the printed Returns Form to the return address stated on the form within 14 days. Please note that a £5 admin charge will apply to any item(s) that has a personalised message added on the website.
We request that all item(s) are returned in their original Annabella Moore packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. We cannot accept returned item(s) that have been worn or removed from the cork attachment. For hygiene reasons, we regrettably cannot accept the return of earrings.
